Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Livora will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.
